🚗 Towing Services

• Up to 5 emergency motor assistance service calls during the membership period
• Customer transport from the emergency site along with the vehicle

🔧 Additional Services

• Mobile App (Free) : – Real-time service tracking. accident reporting and claim submittal on site 
  • Changing flat tyres (a serviceable spare, jack and spanners must be available)
  • Providing fuel (fuel cost must be paid for at the time of the incident)
  • Providing battery boosts (jump starts) at clients’ own risk.
  • Providing Batteries for sale (Cost determined by the type of battery); installation, validation & warranty done on site no cost to the customer.
  • Provision of Locksmith services

❌ Excluded Services (Extra Charges Apply)

• The cost of parts, fuel, or labour at any garage to which a vehicle is taken.
• The transportation of any vehicle that is loaded above its legal limit or not in compliance with the vehicle specifications.
• Towing of vehicles to motor sport events or vehicles which have broken down as a result of taking part in a motor sport event.
• Vehicles being demonstrated or delivered under trade plates.
• Recovery of vehicles that are not on the roadway (e.g., A vehicle that is lodged in a drain) or that require the use of specialised equipment such as Hiab’s, cranes etc.
• Vehicle storage fees
• Any service not listed as included
